E - Letter Management

Users can make E - letters like Leave, Request, On Duty, etc, through this portal and the sanction process is apparent to concern peoples of those letters, by the way its applicable to all levels of users. The intension of this module is to make eco friendly and save papers.

E - Lecturer Plan

Faculties can manage their lecturer plan here and it will be visible to their prior superiors including management also. Faculties get email/SMS regarding their schedule and should maintain reasons for the schedule delay.

Tutor Scheduling

This module takes care of tutor scheduling of each subjects and the alternate tutor scheduling is automated through the E – Letter Management. Tutor workload can be audited here.

Advisory Scheduling

Advisory scheduling is the process of splitting the students as group of 20 and allots an adviser to them. We designated HOD as admin to the above process.

E - Councilor Card or E - Advisory Card

E - Councilor Card or E - Advisory Card can maintains the Students Behavior, Mark details, Students Remarks, etc. It will be obvious to Management, Tutors, Parents and Students.

E - Exam Cell

E - Exam Cell The Examination of controller can do all their duties like Seating Arrangements, Hall Arrangements, Supervisor Schedule, Examination Attendance, Relief of Supervisor, Flying squad, Exam Fees and Supervisor salary inventory, etc for Internal Exams, University exams and any other government exams.

Subject Notes

Lecturers can post notes of an allotted subjects and it will be available to students to view and download. Notes are retained as forever and make it as a reference notes for an upcoming students.

Q & A

Q & A section allows students to throw questions universally and any tutors can make a reply to it. Posted questions have ratings to assess student’s behavior. These queries are available for ever. (I.e. even the semesters were passed away)

Time Table Generation

Through this module, Students and Tutors can be able to check their up-to date individual time table with alternate tutor details. This will also have an exam schedules. Here you people can “Generate Timetable” in your convenient way.

Profile Directory

There is a profile directory for all sorts of members, which enable the user to look any particular user details (sharable information) .All type of members, can update their personal particulars as their wish. From this profile directory, we will auto generate the "Resume" and "Mini Profile" of students and tutors.

E - Campus news

This module will let students, parents and tutors see latest Notices and Circulars. In addition, system will automatically generate emails or send SMS with notice content to all students, parents and tutors.

E-mail & SMS (Bulk SMS)

This is an email like yahoo or hotmail and it will be maintained forever. They are free from pop-ups and advertisements. Emails will be in this format, myrollno@etool2smart.com and it is available for ever. The Bulk SMS feature also available here.

Forum

This module allows Management, students, parents and tutors to compose their own separate forums in all the ways like Social thoughts, Subject thoughts, etc. This will be closely monitored by Discipline Admin. Forums are allowed so as to provide extra layer of security to maintain Discipline and Dignity.

Result

Institute designated admin or staff can upload internal exam and assignment results as a bulky approach and as soon it will ready to publish after the approval of Exam Controller. Students and parents can view the results and take a print out. We takes care of "Result Analysis" in such a way that Overall Class Performance, Individual Student performance as current semester and overall semester, Faculty Performance, Range of marks, Class Toppers, etc., and it is representing as "Pie chart" and "Bar Chart". Users get instant Email/SMS after results published.

Alerts

Etool2smart arise alerts like Attendance alerts, Spamming alerts, Admin Change alerts, etc., as an email/SMS to users. All levels of users having this notification as email/SMS for each and every actions of admin.

Attendance

Students and Parents can view the attendance report. A student does not maintain required attendance and for each absent then he/she will get email/SMS notification, which is configurable. Exam attendance and security gate attendance also maintained here.

Resource Acquiring Management

Using this module, students and tutors can have institute resources such as library books, sports equipments, Lab items etc., We allows the institute admin to manage the usage of commonly sharable items and which are in a more optimized way.

Library Management

E- Racks and E- Shelves are available to accommodate books by librarian. Members can do refine search to surf books and may reserve it in advance if institute allowed. Fine management, Renewal and return management supports librarian to issue No Due certificates. Billing can made through this portal for purchased books.

Hostel Management

Hostel management like Room Scheduling, Fees management, Inventory systems, Mess menu scheduling, Hostel Day function, etc are all transparent to all levels of users.

Photo Gallery

The institute designated admin can upload campus occasion snaps such as speech of chairman, award ceremony, college day function, etc, that can be shareable to all sort of members.

Accounts

Tally software is integrated here and this portal also having separate features for accounts and auditing. It can maintain the inventory of all departments of the institute and provide instant report to educators.

Transport Management

Institute designated admin maintain the vehicles such a way that Bus scheduling based on season, Maintain other vehicles, Inventory maintenance, Kilometer calculation, etc,.

Placement

Students “Resume” should be auto generated from Profile Directory Module. Online Skill Exams to enrich the students and produce the students as well trained Professionals through various features of this product.

Lab Management

Laboratory Timetable generated in Time Table module itself. This module takes care of Inventories like Laboratory Stock Management, Lab schedule, Breakage Fine Management, etc.

Club & Associations

This module takes care of various clubs and Associations in the institute, can maintains its activities such as events, news, functions, snaps, etc.,

Refreshment

Here all level of users can upload all sort of events like motivated speech, experimental videos, Chairman Speech, funny events, etc and discipline admin have a keen monitoring. The uploaded videos can be viewed after the approval of Discipline Admin.

This module takes care of Personal Calendar, Department Calendar, and College Calendar of all users.

Alumni

This module takes care of Alumni students it will be auto updated from the users profile and it is available for ever.

Inventory System

Inventory management module takes care of the stock management of all departments like laboratory stock management, Paper stock management, Maintenance goods stock management, etc., It provides the daily report, weekly report, monthly report and yearly report of the purchase and expenditure. The institute designated admin can takes care of this module.

Parents Area

This portal contains a separate area for the parents to monitor their children’s activities. In this section parents can able to view Attendance report, Internal mark assessment report with tutor review, Semester mark report with graphical representation of their individual semester performance and all semester performance, behavior of their children, achievements, remarks, etc.,

Experts Area

The expert’s area of the etool2smart deals with all sorts of members (like Management, HOD, Faculty, Non-teaching staff, and Students) suggestions for the arisen technical and non-technical posts and queries. The solutions are leads a best method of communication and knowledge gaining.

Soft Skills Management

Soft skills of each user of etool2smart are encouraged and we provide online training to glitter your skills form the old. The soft skills management includes department wise software and Basic programming language.

The payroll process is getting advanced by integrating it with E – Letter Management and “THUMP attendance machine”. While staff requesting for leave, the salary manipulations are automated by following the salary deduction settings of your institute and instant reports are sent to Management and the concern staff.

The campus drive management works under the support of the placement cell of your institute. The campus drive maintains the report of completed and upcoming, on – campus and off – campus interviews. Based on the particulars in profile directory module of each user we generate a corporate resume individually. Events like Symposium, Seminar, Workshop, Sports day, Annul day, Cultural, etc, are organized by this module. The Resource Management module, Photo gallery module, Transport module, Committee management module are to contribute their significance by supporting the resource allocation to conduct event, categories the event photos, making transport facilities, and organize the committee respectively.

Online Exam

The online exam can able to conduct either daily or weekly once. It will be designed as an automated to generate the Score card, Bonus points, Report, and Result Analysis. The exam questions are like objective type and it will be better as data interpretation, data sufficiency, and case study questions.

Security Management

The security management module takes care of security system of your institute. It will maintain their attendance, duty timing, etc.,

Entrepreneurship Drive

Etool2smart contains the entrepreneurship drive to encourage the entrepreneurship skill of all level of users by making a platform to expose their willingness. Toll free number plays a vital role between the parents and management to know more about the students easily. E – Councilor card having the student’s behavior in English which was texted by tutor of the student. We will make a voice over it to the parents through this toll free number.

Smart Card System

We provide a smart card system to everyone of all level of users to track their location within the campus. Apart from user tracking, users can access etool2smart on their campus. The smart card memory contains user profile details and glance of the activity.

Report Generation

Report generation takes care of around 500 reports on the whole of the product. The report of each and every module is display at the management login.

Notification

Notifications like spam marking, spam revoking, subject notes uploaded, new ideas shared, etc., are displayed at the home page of each level of user.

Birthday alerts and wishes

Birth day alerts are available to all level of users and they can share their wishes through this module also. The upcoming birthday wishes are displayed here. Festival wishes are also allowed.

Physical Department

Physical Department takes care of the sports resources, Inter college sports competition, Sports day event, etc. Event management, Resource management, Transport management, and accounts section are involved here to complete the PD process.
